Pike Creek 21 Year Old Speyside Cask Ltd Release Canadian Whisky Tasting Notes
Nose: The buttery blend gently swings its axe with crisp sustained oak, caramels, and orchard fruits such as fresh pears and apples.
Palate: It’s delicate on the palate where it feels at home with a blush of spice and a silky breadth of refined barley flavors.
Finish: The wood spice surges into the finish but shows the mercy of a Scotsman acclimatized to Canadian sensibilities.
