In February 2023, I asked to be informed when a particular whiskey came back in stock. A couple of weeks later I received an email to that effect. I ordered the item shortly after. I received the item, within a week of ordering, using ‘standard’ delivery. Both the merchant and the transport company kept me informed about the status of my order. I received the parcel within the time window set by the delivery driver.
